6 MINUTE ENGLISH (Learn and practise useful English language for everyday situations: each episode focuses on a new situation).

6 MINUTE VOCABULARY(Build your English vocabulary in six minutes: each episode focuses on different ways to develop your vocabulary knowledge and skills).
THE ENGLISH WE SPEAK(Every episode focuses on a different everyday English phrase or piece of slang).
Listen to a minimum of 2 episodes per week at your choice, write down a map/some notes of the new items learnt and upload them on classroom. You must listen to at least 24 episodes in total!

WRITING - Choose 4 episodes which happened to you during the summer and write 4 texts (100 words each) describing what happened. Use past simple and past continuous (units 4-5, Engage! Compact). STUDY - Study unit 7 (future tenses), Engage! Compact.
Writings must be handed to the teacher by 15th September 2019.
Writings will be evaluated. In September students will be given a written test on future tenses.
WRITING Watch two films in English and: - write two reviews in which you describe the film, give your opinion about it, tell your favourite moment and the worst thing in the film, reccomend it or not (100 words each). - for each film INVENT the plot of a prequel using past tenses, such as past simple and present perfect (100 words each). - for each film INVENT the plot of a sequel using future tenses, such as present continuous, be going to and will (100 words each).
Total: 600 words.
Writings must be handed to the teacher by 15th September 2019.

In September students will be tested orally on their internship experience.
