MANGO STRAWBERRIES
Ingredients: 1 strawberries yogurt ½ frozen strawberries ½ frozen mango ½ mango juice Ice cubes Preparation: Blend frozen strawberries and mango with yogurt. Add the mango juice and mix well for about 5 minutes. Pour all in a glass and decorate with half a strawberry and half a slice of mango. Add a straw, some ice cubes and serve. |
BLACK RABBIT
Ingredients: 2 carrots 1 cups of low-fat milk 1 tbsp of chocolate flakes 1 ice cube Decoration: 1 slice of lime Preparation: Blend the ice. Blend in carrots and then milk a little at a time. Finally, add the chocolate flakes and blend everything. Wait for the mixture to become liquid but not too much and pour into a glass. Garnish with the lime slice and add a straw. Serve cold. |
RED TROPICAL
Ingredients: 2-3 strawberries, frozen 1 slice frozen pineapple, cubed 1/2 red orange, frozen 1/2 pomegranate, frozen red grapefruit extract Preparation: Pour all the frozen fruit into the blender; blend, adding the pink grapefruit extract little by little, according to the desired density. Once the smoothie is ready, pour it into a glass and decorate with small pieces of pineapple and fizzy candies. |
SPICED PUMPKIN
Ingredients: 200 gr pumpkin (already peeled and deseeded) 1 orange 20 gr oat flakes 1 pinch ground cinnamon 1 pinch star anise powder cinnamon stick (to decorate) star anise (to decorate) Preparation: First, toast the oat flakes in a hot pan for 5 minutes, tossing them constantly to prevent them from burning. Meanwhile dry the pumpkin and cut it into pieces of about 2 cm. Chop the cold oat flakes in a blender and set aside. Blend the pumpkin, the juice of an orange, a pinch of ground cinnamon and a pinch of powdered star anise until the mixture is smooth. If necessary, add water to get the desired consistency. Pour into a glass and garnish with blended oat flakes, a cinnamon stick and a piece of star anise. |
ADAM AND EVE
Ingredients: 1/7 banana 2/7 milk icecream 1/7 wildberries 1/7 strawberries 1/7 passion fruits 1/7 milk Preparation: Blend milk icecream, banana and milk for some seconds, then add wildberries and blend again. Finish the smoothie by blending in passion fruits. Pour it in a glass and decorate with a blackbarries skewer. |
