Ingredients: a pinch of red pepper a pinch of turmeric ½ tsp of anise 1 pinch of salt 1 tsp of lemon juice 2 potatoes 3 carrots 80 gr spinach 80 gr cauliflowers 2 tbsp of chickpeas flour rice flour for breading
Method: Cook the vegetables in boiling water, dropping first the potatoes, then, after five minutes, cauliflowers and carrots and, after 5 more minutes spinach; let it boil for 2 minutes, then drain. Blend the vegetables coarsely with a blender. Add the spices, lemon juice and salt. Mix everything with a spoon. Form balls with the mixture. Flour the balls, fry them in abundant hot oil until they are golden brown. Serve hot, with mango jam.
